The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field. -- Matthew 9:37-38

Think of this two-day event like a spiritual energy drink designed to wake us up and energize us to:

  • Discover the calling God has on our lives
  • Commission us into the harvest field (our schools)
  • Rise up to be the next leaders of the church
  • Spark a movement that will spread hope across the nation and change culture

Who should attend?

Middle and high school students

Church leadership (Pastors, Youth Pastors, Youth Leaders, etc.)

Parachurch Youth Organizations

Adults with a passion to unite, empower and serve students

Featured Speakers

Our lineup of speakers will help us to focus and pursue what God cares about the most -- seeing the lost found. They’ll tackle a variety of subjects to better equip us while inspiring us to radically follow the command to “go and make disciples.” Among our special guests will be:

Ying and Grace Kai

Ying and Grace Kai, are the founders of one of the most prolific gospel movements in the world today. Their remarkable inside story of the global Training for Trainers (T4T) movement have produced 150,000 new church starts and 2 million baptisms in a decade before going on to catalyze movements to Christ around the world. They will share spiritual insights and practical lessons that can apply to your own life and calling!

Ying is a hero, an inspiration and a teacher to me. More than any other man since the apostle Paul, Ying understands the principles of multiplication and the principles of reproduction and has modeled it for the rest of the world.”

--Rick Warren, Founder and Senior Pastor, Saddleback Church

Rev. J. Mark Bertrand

Mark has taught on the faculty of Worldview Academy for more than fifteen years, and is the author of Rethinking Worldview: Learning to Think, Live, and Speak in This World (Crossway, 2007).  He is a pastor at Grace Presbyterian Church in Sioux Falls, SD.

Key Stats That Should Get Our Attention

  • Evangelism is most effective among youth. 64% of born again Christians accepted Jesus as their savior before reaching their 18th birthday. (link)
  • Generation Z, those born 1995 – 2015 have been identified as the first post-Christian generation in America.
  • Sioux Falls is ranked 33rd in the list of 100 Most Post Christian Cities in America. Even more startling is that we rank above metropolitan cities such as Las  Vegas, Minneapolis and Houston. (link)
  • Sioux Falls schools are becoming increasingly diverse with over 90 languages represented in the overall population.
  • Sharing faith is increasing optional to Christians. In 1993, 89% of Christians who had shared their faith agreed this is a responsibility of every Christian. Today (2018), just 64% say so—a 25-point drop. (link)
