Ashley Petersen discovered her faith early in life. Growing up as a pastor’s kid, she developed a heart for ministry and a deep desire to see students encounter Christ for themselves. She is passionate about helping every student experience His love and guidance in their lives.

Today, Ashley is a mom of five with a lifelong heart for foster care, having adopted four of her children through the foster care system. Through both parenting and ministry, she has gained meaningful experience supporting children who have experienced trauma, and this continues to inspire the compassion and care she brings to her work.

Known for her calm, steady presence, Ashley has a quiet but friendly personality that helps leaders feel seen and understood, creating spaces where people can discover their own potential.

At the center of Ashley’s life is her faith in Jesus. He is her rock and her provider, and she strives to follow Him in every part of her life. Through both joyful and challenging seasons, Ashley continues to grow in trust, allowing that faith to flow naturally through her life and ministry.
