BRANDON SMITH

I grew up in the church. When I was 7, my mom and dad divorced, and it sent me into a journey of being bound by people pleasing, lust, and laziness. I fully surrendered my heart to God when I was 14. When I was 15, I was baptized in the Holy Spirit and experienced freedom and breakthrough from those three chains (but wouldn’t walk in complete victory until years later into my marriage—late 20s, early 30s).

In my teens, I grew in my love for worshiping God through songs and instruments. When I was 18, I went to a Bible college in Charlotte, North Carolina, called Fire School of Ministries. I grew so much in understanding the Father Heart of God’s love and was transformed!

God had my family and me move from North Carolina to South Dakota to be a part of what He wanted to do in this area of the country. I am passionate about people walking in the fullness of what God has called them to do!

Over the past 10 years, I was on full-time staff at The Underground House of Prayer (UHOP), where God taught me so much about the power of prayer and worship and unity in His Bride. I am so excited to help equip people with the truth of prayer and intercession, and to see God’s hand move in power over this region and over the nation.

Let’s keep our eyes off of the world and set our eyes on eternity!!
