Lexi Schriever

Lexi grew up in a Christian family, daughter to parents Ruth and Jason Wiersma, alongside her siblings Levi and Lenae. She went to Inwood Christian School for elementary school, which gave her a foundation of biblical knowledge. She has always considered herself a Christian but has not always been on fire for the Lord.

Lexi’s fire started after she moved from Yankton back to Iowa her junior year of high school, where she had lived since the beginning of middle school. Leaving her old friends behind burdened her heart, as she felt like she should have done more in her time with them to lead them to the Lord. This thought led her to really dig into her Bible and make her faith her own.

Now Lexi lives in Austin with her husband Daniel and has her first baby on the way! God called her and her husband to Austin in January of 2024, and they went with no idea what God had for them there. After a few discouraging months of grasping at every straw, Lexi was introduced to Collision through her brother, Levi, who had just started working for the ministry. Upon hearing about the ministry, she asked what she could be doing in Austin to start revival there. That is where Lexi’s journey with Collision started—she volunteered for several months and was soon offered a job.

Lexi is excited to see Austin transformed and hopes the city will be unrecognizable in 30 years.
