JOHN GLASSER

SARAH GIBBINS

  • Sarah is a seasoned student ministry leader with over 15 years of experience in developing students, cultivating student leadership teams, and building sustainable, student-led ministry programs. She is known for her ability to combine strategic leadership with relational discipleship, helping students form a faith that is both deeply rooted and actively lived.

Her leadership has been shaped by perseverance and refined through pivotal seasons that strengthened her vision and calling. Following a significant health crisis in 2020, Sarah experienced a renewed clarity of purpose that continues to influence her approach to ministry, leadership development, and mentorship.

Today, Sarah invests in students and leaders by equipping them to integrate faith into everyday life and lead with authenticity, resilience, and conviction.

She and her husband, Matthew, are raising their three sons and remain committed to serving the next generation together.

  • John Glasser has led the Collision team since 2008, investing in students and walking alongside churches to help them reach the next generation. Originally from Wyoming, John attended the University of Sioux Falls in South Dakota on an athletic scholarship, earning a business degree and later an MBA. He also holds a master’s degree in Christian Leadership from Liberty University.

What began with a student’s passion at Lincoln High School in South Dakota has grown into a nationwide student ministry. John has had a front-row seat to watching God work in and through students. Through Collision, he speaks at conferences and works with leaders across the globe to equip youth to live out their faith in a rapidly changing culture.

John is married to Angie, and they have three beautiful children
